Transform your basement bathroom into a rustic spa with Capable Group’s “Rustic Spa” renovation. This project features a beautiful sauna, rustic-style sink, mirror, large gray tiles flooring, and white walls for a modern yet natural look.
During the renovation process, our team made several structural changes, including adding new electrical and plumbing systems to support the sauna and ensuring proper ventilation for a comfortable and safe experience. We also installed new insulation and soundproofing materials to create a private and peaceful environment. We worked closely with local building codes and obtained all necessary permits to ensure a safe and legal renovation.
Despite a few challenges along the way, such as coordinating the installation of the large gray tiles and ensuring the proper placement of the rustic-style sink, our team was able to deliver a stunning final product that exceeded the client’s expectations.
