During the renovation process, our team made some structural changes, including reinforcing the subfloor and adding insulation to reduce noise transmission. We also installed new electrical systems to support the addition of the downlight lights. We worked closely with local building codes and obtained all necessary permits to ensure a safe and legal renovation.
