During the renovation process, our team made several structural changes, including removing a wall to open up the space and adding support beams for increased stability. We also installed new electrical and plumbing systems to support the addition of the bar and wine storage area. We worked closely with local building codes and obtained all necessary permits to ensure a safe and legal renovation.
Despite a few challenges along the way, such as working around existing ductwork and ensuring proper ventilation for the wine storage area, our team was able to deliver a stunning final product that exceeded the client’s expectations.
